Job summary

RL Environment Builder is seeking a seasoned QuickBooks practitioner to translate real-world accounting and sales workflows into reinforcement learning environments.

You will document workflows, explain how revenue reporting and accounting tasks are completed in QuickBooks, and help create realistic tasks based on day-to-day operations. This remote, 20+ hour per week role offers flexibility to contribute to AI training data and RL environment development.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in accounting, finance, or sales operations.
• Hands-on, current experience using QuickBooks in day-to-day workflows.
• Experience with QuickBooks processes related to revenue reporting, data entry, reconciliations, and integrations.
• Currently employed by or with a company of 10–500 employees.
• Ability to discuss detailed financial processes and explain software usage in practice.
• Ability to document workflows and processes clearly.
• Minimum availability of 20+ hours per week.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
