Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks two experienced Business Intake Researchers to support its Information Governance and risk management function on a fully remote, approximately 6-month contract.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in corporate research, due diligence, risk assessment or KYC/AML, with strong skills in reviewing SEC filings, public records, and litigation history. Candidates must reside in the United States in specified states.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in risk assessment or investigative due diligence.
• Experience with corporate research and public records.
• Knowledge of KYC/AML concepts and due diligence practices.
• Ability to interpret financial information and SEC filings.
• Strong analytical and writing skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients and entities to identify risk concerns.
• Review corporate backgrounds, litigation history, SEC filings and public records.
• Synthesize information into concise research findings for attorneys.
• Support due diligence for new clients and matters.
• Assist with research on lateral hires, business combinations, and risk projects.
• Collaborate with conflicts and intake teams to flag issues.
