Job summary

EXL Risk Control is seeking self-directed independent contractors to perform on-site surveys and risk-control reporting for insurance clients in Sevierville, TN and within ~45 miles. Work from home or an office while servicing local assignments and coordinating with clients to ensure timely delivery of reports.

Qualifications

Preferred experience in commercial insurance, real estate, inspection, construction, claim, loss control, underwriting, and/or fire and safety.
In lieu of experience, a 15-hour online certification option is available to qualify.
Fees are negotiable depending on experience and the unique aspects of selected jobs.

Responsibilities

Schedule on-site surveys and provide risk control reports for insurance clients.
Manage accepted assignments, secure appointments locally, and complete work on time.
Assess hazards and prepare loss-control recommendations to support underwriting.
Support a range of commercial insurance lines including Property, GL, and more.
