The role requires deep expertise in compliance frameworks, risk management, and internal controls, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.

The candidate will champion audit activities, manage control deficiencies, and build business cases with leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technology risk management, compliance, or information security.
• Deep expertise in compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27K, HIPAA, IRAP, PCI).
• Proven experience leading external audit activities and remediation programs.
• Strong internal control design, testing, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance program delivery and annual plan.
• Champion audit activities and maintain audit-ready artifacts for SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and others.
• Manage deficiencies and drive remediation.
• Collaborate across teams to align objectives with business goals.
• Build business cases for strategic projects and changes.
• Advise and influence partners at all levels.
• Mentor and share knowledge across the team.
• Drive continuous improvement in R&C processes, metrics, and analytics.
