Job summary

The role emphasizes remote work and collaboration with executives.

The position requires Power BI, CoPilot AI, Excel Analytics, MS365, dashboard reporting, and strong project governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading diverse groups in matrix environments.
• Proficient with MS-Project or other PM software and MS-Office.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project life cycle from requirements to closure.
• Use PM tools to plan, track, and report progress.
• Establish and maintain project management procedures.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and risk plans.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and negotiate resources.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings to align objectives.
• Provide knowledge across business and technical areas.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and docs.
• Create milestone docs, dashboards, ROI tables, and metrics.
