Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a remote Project Manager to lead Risk Adjustment initiatives from Raleigh, NC. You will drive planning, execution, and governance of complex projects, coordinating with providers and cross-functional teams to meet annual goals and deliver dashboards for executive leadership.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience, and proficiency with MS-Project and MS Office. PMP/CAPM preferred; remote, flexible schedules, and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience working with and leading diverse groups and matrix managed environments.
• Proficient with project management tools, MS-Project or other project management software, and MS-Office applications.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee risk adjustment projects and track monthly goals.
• Assign project tasks to Risk Adjustment Coordinators and coordinate with Providers for issues.
• Manage full project lifecycle including requirements gathering, creation of plans and schedules, resources, and budget.
• Utilize standard project management tools and techniques to manage execution, deployment, and closure.
• Maintain detailed project documentation: meeting minutes, action items, issues lists, risk plans.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders and negotiate resources and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional meetings to meet objectives and deliverables.
• Provide functional and technical knowledge across multiple business and technical areas.
• Create and communicate milestone documents, dashboards, ROI tables, and success metrics.
