Centene Corp. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive Risk Adjustment initiatives for the Carolina Complete Health Plan.

This fully remote role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and delivering on annual goals with executive visibility. You will lead requirements gathering, create schedules, monitor progress, and communicate status to stakeholders while leveraging Power BI, MS-Project, and MS-Office tools to optimize outcomes in healthcare risk adjustment

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading diverse groups in a matrix environment.
• Proficient with project management tools (MS-Project) and MS-Office.

Mansioni

• Plan, organize, monitor and oversee risk adjustment projects.
• Track monthly goals and assign tasks to coordinators.
• Outreach to providers for project issues and escalations.
• Meet or exceed annual risk adjustment goals and manage budget.
• Maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders clearly.
