Millennium Physician Group is seeking a Risk Adjustment Provider Educator to deliver education to providers and staff across multiple formats. The role involves analyzing risk adjustment data, identifying opportunities, and guiding documentation improvements with audits and targeted training.

Hybrid full-time position requiring travel in the Durham and Raleigh area, with a strong emphasis on data-driven education and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years in training design and risk adjustment with ICD-10 coding.
• CRC or similar certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Transform raw data into actionable insights to prioritize education and risk adjustment initiatives.
• Analyze provider coding patterns and conduct follow-up audits post-education.
• Provide guidance on documentation and coding improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with clinical and clerical teams to support the risk adjustment program.
