Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Risk Adjustment Coding Analyst to provide operational, analytical, and administrative support to business leaders and teams.

You will analyze data to support decision-making, performance monitoring, project tracking, and partner communication. You will develop recurring dashboards and reports, analyze trends and variances, prepare executive-ready summaries, and support both routine and ad hoc reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, analytics, healthcare administration, operations, information management, or a related field.
Experience supporting operations, analytics, project coordination, or administrative responsibilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite to organize data, create summaries, and support presentation-ready deliverables.
Ability to validate data, identify trends, compare time periods, and explain findings concisely.
Produce written summaries with main insights and recommended next steps for leadership.

Responsibilities

Develop recurring dashboards and reports for operational oversight, analytics, compliance monitoring, and leadership decision-making.
Analyze operational trends, variances, aging, volumes, and performance changes; summarize findings with key takeaways and next steps.
Prepare executive-ready summaries and presentations that explain the story behind the data.
Support recurring and ad hoc reporting needs, including dashboard maintenance and audit reporting.
Partner with leaders to define reporting needs, resolve data issues, and support interpretation of results.
