Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Risk Adjustment Coding Analyst to provide operational, analytical, and administrative support to leadership and teams. You will analyze data to inform decision‑making, performance monitoring, project tracking, and partner communication.

You will develop dashboards and recurring reports for oversight, analyze trends, and prepare executive‑ready summaries that explain the story behind the data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, analytics, or healthcare operations.
• Experience supporting operations, analytics, project coordination, or administrative tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to craft summaries and presentations.
• Ability to validate data, identify trends, and explain findings concisely.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Develop recurring dashboards and reports for oversight, analytics, compliance monitoring, and leadership decision-making.
• Analyze operational trends, variances, aging, volumes, activity breakdowns, and performance changes; summarize findings with key takeaways.
• Prepare executive-ready summaries, presentations, and analyses that tell the story behind the data.
• Support recurring and ad hoc reporting needs, including dashboard maintenance and audit reporting.
• Partner with leaders to define reporting needs and translate partner requests into reporting output.
