Job summary

Humana is seeking a Business Intelligence Lead for Part D Risk Adjustment to guide reporting, KPI measurement, and analytics development. You will translate business needs into scalable dashboards and datasets, partnering with HTA/IT and data teams to deliver trusted insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of BI/analytics experience.
• Experience with Databricks or similar cloud analytic environments.
• Experience in BI, analytics, or reporting using healthcare datasets.
• 3+ years’ leadership experience in BI/analytics projects.
• Advanced SQL/data wrangling skills.
• Experience defining business logic, metric definitions, and curated reporting datasets with technical teams.
• Experience with Power BI for enterprise reporting.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into recurring analytic datasets and reporting solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex data concepts to senior and executive leadership.
• Must be passionate about improving consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI and reporting for Part D risk adjustment programs.
• Define KPI logic, business rules, reporting requirements, and analytic specs.
• Translate business needs into repeatable dashboards, reports, and datasets.
• Partner with HTA/IT and data teams to support scalable reporting solutions.
• Serve as SME for data visualization and best practices.
• Support automation, recurring performance measurement, and broader BI usage.
• Validate BI outputs for accuracy and appropriate controls.
