Datavant Corporation is seeking a Manager of Risk Adjustment Data Analytics to lead a remote, multi-time-zone team of analysts focusing on retrospective risk adjustment coding and client-facing analytics. You will mentor junior and senior analysts while actively engaging in data work and SME-level guidance.

The role demands strategic thinking, proactive communication, and deep risk-adjustment expertise to drive efficient analytic solutions and meet client deliverables across cycles and windows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with Medicare, ACA, and/or Medicaid risk adjustment models.
• 5+ years of data analytics and technical experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple channels (Slack, email, teleconferencing).
• Degree or equivalent in a technical field such as Applied Mathematics, CS, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Economics, Statistics or Business with a technical focus.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead day-to-day work of direct reports with guidance from leadership.
• Coach and develop analysts, ensuring accuracy of work.
• Develop relationships with internal stakeholders in customer success and operations.
• Stay informed on risk adjustment trends and educate the team.
• Create internal and external content to communicate results.
• Develop analytics processes to maximize efficiency and quality.
• Evaluate and propose solutions using available data assets.
