Qualifications

• Critical thinking and problem-solving across complex business topics
• 2+ years leading and managing in a remote environment with accountability
• 3+ years experience with Medicare/ACA/Medicaid risk adjustment models
• 5+ years of data analytics and technical experience
• Strong communication to manage multiple channels (Slack, email, video)
• Attention to detail and rigorous review of work products
• Proficiency in SQL and Python; cloud data tools; BI visualization; strong spreadsheet skills
• Technical degree or equivalent experience in a technical field

Responsibilities
