Datavant is seeking a Risk Adjustment Analytics Manager to lead a team of analysts across multiple time zones in a fast-paced healthcare analytics environment. You will mentor junior and senior analysts, contribute subject matter expertise, and deliver data-driven insights that drive client outcomes and internal strategy.

Ideal candidates have strong SQL/Python skills, experience with Medicare/ACA/Medicaid risk adjustment, and a track record of managing in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading and managing in a remote environment with accountability for responsiveness, quality, and deadlines.
• 5+ years of data analytics and technical experience.
• 3+ years of Medicare/ACA/Medicaid risk adjustment experience.
• Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with cloud data environments (Snowflake/Databricks).

Responsibilities

• Set and lead the day-to-day work of your direct reports with guidance from the director and other managers.
• Coach and develop analysts, guiding their work and ensuring accuracy.
• Develop core relationships with internal stakeholders in customer success and operations.
• Stay informed of risk adjustment trends to train the team and leverage knowledge for business use.
• Create internal and external content to communicate results.
• Develop analytics processes to maximize efficiency while maintaining high quality.
• Evaluate and propose solutions to maximize use of data assets and technology.
