The open manager role leads the analytics function focused on retrospective risk adjustment, guiding daily work, coaching analysts, and partnering with customer success and operations to deliver accurate insights that drive client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Medicare, ACA, and/or Medicaid risk adjustment models.
• 5+ years of data analytics and technical experience.
• Experience leading and managing in a remote environment (2+ years).
• Strong communication across channels (Slack, email, video).

Responsibilities

• Set and lead the day-to-day work of your direct reports with guidance from the director and other managers.
• Coach and develop analysts, guiding their work and ensuring accuracy.
• Develop core relationships with internal stakeholders on customer success and operations teams.
• Stay informed of risk adjustment and healthcare industry trends to educate the team and apply insights.
• Create content that is internal-facing for partnering teams and executives, and external-facing for customers.
• Develop analytics processes that maximize efficiency while maintaining high integrity and quality.
• Evaluate and propose solutions to utilize technology and data assets to aid the team.
