Job summary

ORC is seeking a Right of Way Professional who will acquire ROW rights for transmission projects and support the project team. You will prepare real estate documents and conduct property research while communicating with property owners and their representatives.

The role requires travel up to 25-50% locally and throughout central Texas; you must reside within a 3-hour commuting radius. A Texas real estate license and notary (or ability to obtain) are required.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Real Estate Commission License is required.
• Active Texas Notary or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite—Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Acquire right-of-way rights for distribution and electrical transmission line projects per guidelines.
• Support the Project Manager and project team members.
• Prepare real estate documents and conduct property research.
• Communicate with property owners and representatives regarding rights of way.
• Perform general administrative tasks to keep projects moving.
