Job summary

Gray Hawk Land Solutions is seeking a Right-of-Way Regulatory Permit Agent. This remote position requires dealing with local and state regulatory agencies while ensuring the timely acquisition of permits. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience, a good understanding of survey and engineering drawings, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

This position offers a competitive pay rate, plus per diem, along with health, dental, and vision benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ relative experience.
• Knowledgeable about survey drawings and engineering drawings.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure permits are acquired correctly and promptly.
• Communicate directly with clients regarding agreements.
• Collaborate with other teams to maximize efficiencies.
• Participate in project start-up meetings.

Skills
