Job summary

Steigerwaldt Land Services, Inc. seeks a Communications Land Agent to support right-of-way acquisition, land leasing, permitting, and construction tasks for energy projects across the Midwest. You will work with landowners and stakeholders to negotiate terms and secure necessary agreements.

The role involves frequent travel (up to 50%), collaboration across teams, and representing the company at public meetings and in local communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Right-of-Way acquisition or real estate is preferred.
• Licensed Wisconsin & Minnesota Real Estate Agent or willingness to get licensed is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support right-of-way acquisition, land leasing, permitting, and construction support for energy projects.
• Negotiate and secure fees, easements, leases, licenses, permits, and ordinances.
• Coordinate meetings with landowners and project stakeholders; represent the company at public meetings.
