Qualifications

• 2+ years of Right-of-Way acquisition or related real estate experience.
• Licensed Wisconsin & Minnesota Real Estate Agent or willingness to get licensed.
• Experience negotiating leases, licenses, and easements.

Responsibilities

• Establish trust and build long-term relationships with landowners.
• Negotiate and secure fee titles, easements, leases, licenses, and permits.
• Coordinate meetings with landowners and project stakeholders on-site or at a convenient location.
• Prepare all necessary agreement documents and permitting forms for projects.
• Represent the company at public meetings before agencies and municipalities.
