Steigerwaldt Land Services, Inc. seeks Senior Land Agents and Land Agents to support high voltage transmission line projects in Wisconsin and Minnesota. This role is part of the Energy, Infrastructure, and Real Estate Division, focusing on right-of-way acquisition, land leasing, permitting, and construction support.
Candidates should have 2+ years in Right of Way (Sr. 7+ years) with 345 kV+ line experience; travel up to 80% and field work in remote settings is expected.

We are currently seeking representatives for potential long term, high voltage transmission line projects in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Candidates must have prior experience working with 345kV, 500kV or 765kV transmission lines. Interested individuals should have a solid understanding of the principles of high voltage transmission line acquisition along with the ability to successfully convey those to project stakeholders.
This position resides in our Energy, Infrastructure, and Real Estate Division and will support right-of-way acquisition, land leasing, permitting, and construction support for high voltage transmission line projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Minimum 2 years (Right of Way Agent) or 7 years (Sr. Right of Way Agent) in Right-of-Way acquisition with experience in 345 kV, or higher, transmission line easement acquisition projects
Compensation commensurate with experience.
May 14, 2025. Follow up calls are dependent on experience and project timelines. Additionally, field agents are expected to live within a reasonable distance of project areas throughout the duration of the project.
