Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Proposal and Contract Manager to lead end-to-end RFP processes, develop budgets, and coordinate cross-functional inputs from receipt through delivery. You will collaborate with Operations, Legal, Finance, and Business Development to produce compelling client materials and drive contract preparation and negotiation.

This remote US role offers broad exposure to global clinical study operations, pricing strategy, and process improvement while enabling flexible, home-based work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Business, Languages or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4–6 years of experience in project support, finance, contracting, or proposals within a CRO or life sciences environment.
• Experience with proposals and/or contracts in life sciences; finance experience may be suitable when paired with proposal or contracting experience.
• Broad experience with proposal and contract management principles, pricing structures, pricing tools, and data systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Fluency in written and spoken English; ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end RFP process from receipt to delivery.
• Coordinate SMEs and cross-functional inputs for proposals and budgets.
• Prepare and revise proposals and budgets in response to RFPs and client revisions.
• Identify barriers and risks and implement mitigation strategies to meet deadlines.
• Create, negotiate, and finalize contracts in accordance with SOPs.
