Job summary

Parexel seeks a Proposals and Contracts Specialist to shape proposals and contracts for clinical studies, from RFP receipt to client signature.

You will collaborate across functional teams, follow SOPs, and maintain accurate budgets and documents in Salesforce, contributing to timely, high-quality client deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Business, Languages, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least three years of previous experience in project support, finance, contracting, or proposals in a CRO or similar environment.
• Fluent in written and oral English.
• Ability to work from home and irregular hours as needed to meet client deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end RFP process, including timelines and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop strategic proposals and budgets in response to RFPs and revisions.
• Draft, negotiate, and finalize contracts with internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Lead client meetings to negotiate costs and terms and drive toward client signature dates.
• Ensure proposals, budgets, and contract documents align with RFPs, client specs, and internal policies.
