Parexel is seeking a Proposal and Contract Manager with Early Phase experience to join remotely in the United States. You will lead proposal and contract activities from RFP receipt to delivery, coordinating with Operations, Legal, Finance, and Business Development to produce compelling, compliant client materials.

You will develop and revise proposals and budgets, manage contract preparation, negotiation, and signature, and mentor colleagues while expanding exposure to global study operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Science, Business, Languages or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in project support, finance, contracting, or proposals within life sciences.
• Experience with proposal and/or contract management in CROs or life sciences.
• Knowledge of pricing, contracting terms, and data systems such as Salesforce.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; ability to communicate with clients.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end RFP process from receipt to delivery.
• Engage SMEs and cross-functional teams to assemble proposals and budgets.
• Negotiate contracts and finalize documents per SOPs.
• Identify barriers and risks and mitigate to meet deadlines.
• Lead internal and client meetings and drive client signature dates.
