Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant wireless experience, primarily LTE, also CDMA and EVDO.
• Experience creating drive routes, drive testing, post-processing, and analyzing results.
• Strong working knowledge of tools such as JDSU, Windcatcher, and OEM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Optimize CDMA, EVDO, and LTE networks to troubleshoot and improve KPIs.
• Perform RF performance activities in customer projects independently.
• Conduct root-cause analysis of RF issues to meet target KPIs.
