Job summary

Future Technologies Venture, LLC, a North American wireless solutions provider, seeks an experienced RF Design Engineer to lead multi-project design efforts from concept through documentation. You’ll handle macro and inbuilding 5G/4G designs, perform propagation modeling, and generate detailed customer deliverables.

Responsibilities include site assessments, coordinating with field teams, and contributing to pre-sales ROM/BOM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Communications engineering or related field and 5 years in electrical engineering design.
• Experience with cellular 5G/4G technologies including DAS and Small cell systems.
• Design experience with Nokia Air scale/MBO, Ericsson DOT and Spider Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Own design process across multiple projects including RF network design and documentation.
• Perform Macro & Inbuilding 5G/4G system designs and propagation planning.
• Create coverage/capacity solutions for indoor/outdoor locations and generate RFDS & plumbing diagrams.
• Provide field support, site visits, and pre-sales inputs for ROM/BOM.
