This RevOps Contractor role is a part-time engagement (~20 hours/week) for an experienced Salesforce administrator who thrives on clean data and well-scoped projects.

You’ll support Salesforce, Gong, and BigQuery integrations while partnering with GTM Strategy and Ops and Data & AI teams.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of Salesforce administration across multiple companies.
• Strong data hygiene, reporting, and CRM governance experience.
• Experience with Gong and at least one sales engagement tool (Outreach/HubSpot).
• Some scripting or automation experience (Python, Zapier, n8n).
• Familiarity with BigQuery or Salesforce-fed data warehouses.
• Able to work ~20 hours/week during US Mountain hours and respond to issues within 1 day.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day Salesforce administration for 50+ person teams; manage permissions, layouts, and flows.
• Lead Salesforce hygiene audit and cleanup.
• Execute territory reassignments and reporting.
• Build Salesforce objects, fields, dashboards for renewal ownership and retention.
• Audit Gong, Salesforce, BigQuery integrations; fix and document syncs.
• Create a data dictionary for Salesforce fields and BigQuery reporting dependencies.
• Build declarative flows; automate repetitive tasks.
• Document systems and provide handoff for ongoing care.
