Zusammenfassung

Clozd is seeking an experienced Salesforce administrator for a part-time, remote US-based contractor role. You will own day-to-day Salesforce operations for a 50+ person GTM team, maintain data integrity across Salesforce, Gong, and BigQuery, and implement high-priority system projects.

You will work ~20 hours per week during US Mountain hours, provide clear documentation, and collaborate with GTM Strategy and Ops and Data & AI teams.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce at multiple companies.
• Deep comfort with data hygiene, reporting structure, and CRM governance.
• Hands-on experience with Gong and at least one sales engagement tool with Salesforce sync.
• Some scripting or automation experience (light Python, Zapier, n8n, etc.).
• Familiarity with BigQuery or other data warehouses fed by Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong ownership and independence to drive scope to completion.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day Salesforce administration for the sales, CS, and marketing teams.
• Lead Salesforce hygiene audits and cleanup including rules and field rationalization.
• Execute territory and book reassignments and track changes.
• Build Salesforce objects, fields, and dashboards for renewal and retention tracking.
• Audit and tune Gong, Salesforce, and BigQuery integrations and document data flows.
