Responsibilities

• Billing & Contract Setup: Generate and issue invoices, manage mid-month and month-end cycles, set up new contracts and reflect terms accurately.
• Accounts Receivable & Collections: Own AR, pursue collections, and monitor KPIs like DSO.
• Client Account Maintenance: Process account changes and keep records accurate across systems.
• Reporting & Analysis: Review billing/AR data for anomalies and support ad hoc reporting.
