Job summary

HealthMark Group & Purview is seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Operations Associate to own invoicing, contract setup, and collections for the Purview business unit. You will work closely with the HealthMark accounting team to ensure accurate billing and AR performance against KPIs.

In this role you will generate invoices, set up contracts, process adjustments, and maintain billing and CRM records. You will analyze billing trends, support process improvements, and help drive timely revenue

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with strong numbers accuracy.
• Excellent Excel skills including pivot tables.
• Comfort working with financial data daily.
• Ability to analyze data with a business lens.

Responsibilities

• Billing & Contract Setup: Generate invoices, manage contracts, reflect terms.
• Accounts Receivable & Collections: Track aging, follow-up on past-due balances.
• Client Account Maintenance: Update and maintain records in billing/CRM systems.
• Reporting & Analysis: Review data for anomalies and identify improvement opportunities.
