Job summary

Davenergy Solutions seeks a full-time Revit Modeler/Drafter to join our growing MEP engineering team. You will create and edit Revit and CAD files for design projects, coordinate with architectural, structural, and fire protection consultants, and produce accurate as-builts and model closures.

The role requires experience with piping, ductwork, or electrical sizing, and adherence to client CAD standards. On-site verification and documentation updates are essential to project closeout.

Qualifications

• Associates of Science in Engineering or equivalent certification.
• 5 years CAD experience and 1+ year BIM/Revit experience.
• Ability to coordinate with architectural, structural and fire protection teams.

Responsibilities

• Create BIM/Revit models for new and existing facilities.
• Revise MEP Revit models and CAD drawings to align with client standards.
• On-site CAD verification and site walks to ensure accuracy.
• Consolidate as-built documentation into a functional Revit model.
• Ensure compliance with client Revit/CAD standards and plotting conventions.
