Atlantic Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Pipe Designer/Detailer to model, coordinate, and prepare detailed drawings for mechanical systems using AutoCAD and Revit. The role requires BIM proficiency and close collaboration with the build and design teams.

The candidate should have relevant piping experience or strong BIM skills with Revit, Fabrication CAD MEP, and Navisworks Manage. Remote work may be available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the mechanical piping and/or equivalent BIM experience.
• Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision and follow written and oral instructions.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• HS diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Generates mechanical pipe models using project specs, drawings and models, control diagrams, submittals, RFI's, and modeling software.
• Updates drawings, models, specifications, RFI's, change orders, and submittals as projects progress.
• Collaborates with build and design teams to prevent design-related construction errors.
• Manages time and multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinates with trades, project management, site superintendents, and shop personnel to resolve issues.
• Generates information for RFI's and prepares spools and drawings for prefabrication and site installation.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
