Job summary

Actalent seeks a Revit Drafter / BIM Modeler to join our BIM team for a major campus expansion project. This fully remote role develops detailed 3D models and construction drawings for mechanical piping systems, coordinating with project teams and supporting fabrication and installation.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of Revit modeling experience, proficiency with Revit/AutoCAD, and the ability to read mechanical/structural drawings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Revit modeling experience in mechanical, piping, HVAC or industrial construction.
• Experience using Revit, AutoCAD or other Autodesk software.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and structural drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Minimum 2 years of college coursework or equivalent technical training.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate 3D Revit models for mechanical piping systems and pipe supports.
• Develop detailed construction, fabrication, and installation drawings.
• Coordinate piping layouts with other building trades to resolve clashes.
• Ensure models and drawings meet project requirements and standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams throughout the project lifecycle.
