Mutual of Omaha Mortgage is seeking a motivated Loan Officer in South Carolina to listen to clients and tailor Home Equity Conversion Mortgage and other loan solutions. You will analyze financial situations and present the best fit, while maintaining strong client relationships.

• Energetic and outgoing, with excellent communication skills, persuasive, and high integrity.
• Connects quickly with consumers and builds rapport for new client opportunities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, including strong follow-up.
• Strong ability and passion for closing deals and negotiating.
• Able to identify customer goals and adapt solutions accordingly.

• Basic computer and data entry skills.
• SAFE license or state certification preferred; college degree is a plus.
