Job summary

Equip is seeking a Revenue Accounting Manager to own revenue recognition for the consolidated company and ensure timely, accurate reporting across systems. This role requires ASC 606 expertise and strong SQL/Excel reporting capabilities, with collaboration across Finance, Revenue Cycle, and Product & Technology.

You will automate revenue/IPC reporting, reconcile billing to the EHR and bank, prepare monthly entries, and contribute to revenue forecasting in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 8+ years in Revenue Accounting or Finance roles.
• Strong understanding of ASC 606.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for revenue-related questions and reporting.
• Automate reporting for revenue, AR and IPC.
• Reconcile charges from the billing system to EHR and bank.
• Prepare monthly revenue entries and reconcile general ledger.
• Develop and document revenue accounting processes.
