Job summary

Earned is a doctor-focused financial services platform hiring a Revenue Manager to own revenue accounting, billing integrity, commissions, and reporting across wealth management, tax, insurance and practice-services lines. You will be the ASC 606 expert, ensuring accurate quote-to-cash from Salesforce to NetSuite, and scale processes with AI and automation as we grow.

You will lead acquisitions' revenue workstreams and develop scalable close procedures while maintaining strong controls and audit

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; CPA preferred.
5+ years of revenue accounting or revenue operations experience.
Expert-level ASC 606 knowledge and ability to document memos for complex arrangements.
Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite integrations and reporting.
Proficient in Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Own ASC 606 revenue recognition for all streams including advisory fees, subscriptions, and commissions.
Manage commission and bonus calculations and payouts.
Run monthly close with journal entries and reconciliations.
Ensure data integrity between Salesforce, NetSuite and billing platforms.
Lead revenue integration for acquisitions.
Provide cross-service revenue reporting.
Develop AI/automation to improve workflows.
Design revenue controls and support external audits.
Collaborate with Sales, Advisors, Legal, Compliance and FP&A.
