Job summary

J&P Hospitality is seeking a Revenue Manager to turn data into revenue across an extended-stay hotel portfolio. You will influence pricing, manage inventory, and lead strategy discussions with GMs and sales teams to maximize RevPAR and overall performance.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in revenue management for multi-property operations, with PMS and RMS experience including JonasChorum, Choice Advantage, Opera, or similar systems. This remote role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Revenue Management role; extended-stay hotel experience strongly preferred.
• Proficient in forecasting, statistical analysis, and identifying revenue opportunities.
• Experience with PMS, reservation, and revenue management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage room pricing and selling strategies across all channels; maximize RevPAR with data-driven insights.
• Forecast performance, oversee demand strategies and inventory controls.
• Collaborate with General Managers, Area Managers, and Sales to execute strategies.
• Lead revenue strategy meetings and contribute to budgeting and business planning.
• Travel for meetings up to 10% and support property teams with coaching.
