Job summary

LifeStance Health Inc. is seeking a certified Revenue Integrity Coding Specialist to join our Shared Services team. The role supports Revenue Cycle Management through accurate coding, post-payment audits, and payor dispute resolution to safeguard revenue.

The ideal candidate has CPT/ ICD-10 knowledge, Payor audit experience, and strong data analysis skills using Excel and PowerBI; remote work from anywhere in the US is supported.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical coder with CPC/CPC-A/CCS/CPMA or 4+ years' experience.
• Advanced knowledge of payor audits, rebuttals, and redeterminations.
• Proficient in Excel and Word with data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with EMR, Practice Management Software, and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support Revenue Cycle Management projects and improve DSO.
• Perform payor audits, rebuttals, and redeterminations.
• Use PowerBI and Excel to identify trends and present findings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to reduce denials.
