Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Revenue Integrity Analyst to support the Revenue Integrity department, serving as a subject matter expert on hospital charge capture, charge integrity, and reconciliation processes. This role collaborates with clinical and operational leaders to drive improvements, audits, and new service implementations to minimize revenue leakage and ensure compliant reimbursement.

The analyst will focus on payer audits and payer underpayments, education, auditing, and monitoring

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Revenue Integrity experience.
• Epic experience required.
• Coding certification CPC or CCS.
• Strong understanding of hospital coding and charge capture workflows.
• CMS regulations understanding across multiple service lines.
• Multi-specialty charting experience: Cardiology, radiation oncology, diagnostic radiology.
• Experience servicing physician queries and creating action plans from denial reports.

Insight Global is seeking a Revenue Integrity Analyst to support the Revenue Integrity department and serves as the key liaison and subject matter expert on all aspects of hospital charge capture and entry, charge integrity and charge reconciliation processes. This role partners with clinical and operational leaders to drive charge capture and integrity improvement initiatives, including charge reconciliation, new service implementation, CDM and payer audits, and identification of revenue optimization opportunities. The analyst ensures billing compliance and accurate charge capture through education, auditing, monitoring of regulatory and coding changes, and analysis of charge-related metrics, with a focus on minimizing revenue leakage and supporting compliant reimbursement. Focus on payer audits and payer underpayments.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of Revenue Integrity experience
• Epic experience required
• Coding certification required: CPC or CCS
• Strong understanding of hospital coding and charge capture workflows- Focus on payer audits and payer underpayments.
• Understanding of CMS regulations- for multiple service lines (below)
