Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Operations, Sales Operations, Billing, or Finance Operations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and invoice processing.

Responsabilités

• Manage operational workflows for partner funding programs, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submissions.
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and external stakeholders to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
• Utilize internal systems and automation to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
