Job summary

Cision is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead and oversee complex, cross-functional programs that drive strategic business outcomes. You will align program objectives with organizational priorities, establish governance, manage interdependencies, and deliver measurable results through structured planning and execution.

You will partner with senior leaders to align priorities, manage risks, and drive adoption across multiple workstreams, ensuring transparency and timely decision-making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in related role or experience.
• Progressive experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or large-scale initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects with interconnected deliverables and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment in a matrixed environment.
• Experience with financial tracking, resource management, and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of cross-functional enablement programs that translate commercial strategy into scalable, measurable field readiness.
• Define program scope, success criteria, milestones, governance structures, and operating cadence.
• Establish and oversee integrated program plans, ensuring alignment across project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Manage program-level risks, issues, dependencies, and trade-offs; drive resolution and elevate appropriately.
• Integrate multiple workstreams (onboarding, methodology, product readiness, manager enablement) into cohesive roadmaps.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities, clarify decision rights, and ensure sustained executive sponsorship.
• Drive change management planning and execution to support adoption and business readiness.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise governance standards, controls, and documentation requirements.
• Facilitate cross-functional forums to drive accountability, transparency, and timely decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and continuous improvement within program execution practices.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required to support business needs.
