Job summary

American Oncology Management Company is seeking a Senior Manager of Revenue Cycle Transitions to lead and oversee all transition activities for mergers, partnerships, and practice integrations.

You will partner with Finance, IT, Operations, and clinical leaders to minimize revenue disruption, ensure standardized workflows, and sustain post-transition revenue integrity. This is a remote position with a strong emphasis on cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Revenue Cycle transitions for mergers or integrations.
• Healthcare revenue cycle knowledge, including workflows and systems.
• Oncology revenue cycle experience preferred.
• Experience with multi-site, multi-state environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee revenue cycle transition programs for mergers and partnerships.
• Develop and execute transition plans across front-end to back-end processes.
• Monitor performance metrics and stabilize revenue post-transition.
• Collaborate with IT, finance, operations, and clinical leadership.
• Provide executive-level reporting and risk mitigation.
