American Oncology Network, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Revenue Cycle Transitions to lead all revenue cycle activities during mergers, acquisitions, or practice integrations.

Remote role to drive standardized workflows, policies, and performance expectations across partner sites. You will partner with Revenue Cycle leadership, Operations Transitions, IT and finance to minimize revenue disruption, monitor metrics like AR days and denial rates, and oversee go-live activities and post-transition

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years in healthcare revenue cycle operations across front-end, mid-cycle and back-end.
• Experience leading transitions, integrations, or large-scale implementations (M&A or high-growth).
• Oncology revenue cycle experience strongly preferred with familiarity with complex authorizations, coding, and reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Revenue Cycle for mergers, partnerships, and practice integrations.
• Oversee transition plans and standardized workflows, policies and procedures.
• Monitor revenue cycle performance metrics (charge capture, AR days, denials, collections, time-of-service).
• Coordinate go-live activities and stabilization; ensure post-transition handoff to operations and training.
