American Oncology Network, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Revenue Cycle Transitions to lead all Revenue Cycle activities for mergers, partnerships, and integrations across the network.

This role serves as the primary expert during transition activity and ensures standardized revenue cycle workflows, systems, and performance expectations throughout the lifecycle. You will partner with Revenue Cycle leadership, Operations Transitions, Training, IT, and clinical leadership to minimize revenue

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Admin/Business/Finance or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle experience across functions.
• Experience leading transitions, integrations, or large-scale implementations.
• Oncology revenue cycle experience strongly preferred and multi-site exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue cycle mergers, partnerships and practice integrations.
• Develop transition plans and standardize workflows, systems and policies.
• Oversee go-live activities and post-transition stabilization.
• Provide executive reporting on metrics and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Training, Compliance and Finance.
