Job summary

American Oncology Network AON is seeking a Manager, Revenue Cycle Transitions to lead all Revenue Cycle activities during mergers, partnerships, and practice integrations. You will serve as the primary expert, coordinating with IT, finance, and clinical leadership to minimize revenue disruption and ensure standardized workflows.

You will plan and execute transition strategies, monitor performance, and drive post-transition stability across multi-site environments.

Qualifications

Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations across front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end functions.
Experience leading transitions, integrations, or large-scale implementations, preferably in an M&A or high-growth environment.
Oncology revenue cycle experience strongly preferred, including complex authorizations, coding, and reimbursement models.

Responsibilities

Lead Revenue Cycle transitions for mergers, partnerships, and practice integrations.
Develop and oversee transition plans and standardized workflows, policies, and procedures.
Monitor revenue cycle performance metrics and provide executive summaries with recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to manage change and adoption.
Provide guidance to Revenue Cycle leaders and frontline teams during transitions and post-transition stabilization.
