Job summary

Alliance PTP Partners in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Revenue Cycle Supervisor to oversee patient billing and insurance claims for 100+ outpatient physical therapy facilities across 15 states. You will lead a team of approximately 25 and monitor KPIs and productivity, reporting to the Manager of RCM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Five years in healthcare receivables management with people leadership.
• CPC certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with strong problem solving and organizational ability.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team toward performance goals.
• Proficient auditing data entry and remittance postings.
• Knowledge of 835/277 denial codes and payer guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee KPI and metric improvements for RCM areas and drive team performance.
• Ensure team training is current and processes are well documented.
• Maintain alignment of policies with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with leadership on process improvements.
• Ensure quality of training materials and audits, and coaching of staff.
• Supervise staff including interviews, training and performance reviews.
• Oversee compliance with coding, billing and regulatory standards.
• Engage external relationships with payers, regulators, and vendors.
