Pacific Medical Centers (PacMed) is seeking a Revenue Cycle Leader in Seattle to oversee daily revenue cycle operations, optimize staffing and workflows, and ensure timely billing and collections. You will report to the Revenue Cycle Manager and contribute to annual revenue cycle goals.

Qualifications

• 3 years of medical accounts receivable experience.
• Experience implementing new processes or changes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily revenue cycle operations, including billing, collections, accounts receivable, claims processing, and account auditing.
• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and organizational standards while meeting operational and financial goals.
• Monitor revenue cycle key performance metrics
• Lead, coach, train, and evaluate staff performance, including timecard and PTO approvals.
• Resolve complex account and claims issues, implement corrective actions, and support process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize workflows, reduce denials, and improve revenue outcomes.
• Maintain departmental policies, procedures, reporting, and effective communication across teams.
• Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
