• Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and organizational standards while meeting goals.
• Monitor revenue cycle KPIs and staff performance including timecards and PTO approvals.
• Resolve complex account and claims issues and lead process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize workflows and reduce denials.
