The Revenue Cycle Management Supervisor is responsible for overseeing insurance and medical accounts receivable. This position has supervisory responsibility and provides input for recruitment, hiring, retention, performance development, performance management, teammate relations, and salary adjustment efforts for their team. This position manages an assigned team of Medical Account Receivable Representatives. They will be responsible for holding their assigned team accountable for meeting deadlines and working towards company goals. They will work in cooperation with all other clinic departments and the Senior Director of Revenue Cycle.
