Job summary

Proliance Surgeons is seeking a Remote Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle team. You will oversee bill processes including charge entry, billing, claims, patient AR and Insurance AR, and you will post payments and handle credit resolutions. This full-time role is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm PST.

Applicants must reside in WA, FL, NC, AZ, ID, OH, OR, TN, TX, or RI to be eligible. Experience with NextGen/Amkai Billing Systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years medical billing experience.
• CPC certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Verify information for claims prior to billing.
• Review surgical coding for accuracy prior to billing.
• Process primary, secondary, and tertiary claims; address edits/rejections.
• Post patient payments and insurance/third-party payments.
• Credit resolution for insurance and self-pay credits.
• Follow policies as outlined during onboarding and in Teammate Handbook.
