Qualifikationen

• Minimum of three years’ experience in a healthcare or insurance company setting.

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.

Aufgaben

• Support all RCM sub-teams as directed by Sr. Director of RCM
• Confirms patient insurance verification and eligibility
• Evaluate insurance contracts in place to determine patient financial liability
• Pulls medical records as needed
• Posts manual/electronic payments and adjustments in EMR system
• Responsible for ad hoc RCM projects as assigned
• Assists with follow-up and denial team overflow
• Review claims for coding, documentation, and billing
• Corresponds with patients to establish payment plans on large balances.
